RECENT NEWS LTI Designs and Vesta Builders receive 8 of 11 Critics' Choice awards! The Home Builders' Association “Parade of Homes 2007”, Turner’s Pointe on Lake Murray, honored LTI Designs and partner Vesta Builders with 8 Critics' Choice Awards: Best Interior Design, Best Exterior Design, Best Overall Design, Best Outdoor Living, Best Landscaping, Best Kitchen, Best Children's Room, and Best Media Room. LTI Designs and Vesta also received the People's Choice Award for Best Home and Best Interior Design during both weeks of the Parade of Homes. The Sales & Marketing Council of Greater Columbia recently awarded LTI Designs the Regal Award for “Best Interior Merchandising” for homes over $500,000. |
